I was invited by Isidora Paz Lopez to be part of the Omega Core Group, the second group of the huge Vogeltreppe Mosaic Project in Pirmasens, Germany. Isidora was commissioned to create a large scale mosaic to cover the entire surface area of a stairwell facing one of the main roads in Pirmasens. This is an album of my part of the project, a 2 m x2m Picassiette Peacock using crockery, glass and external grade porcelain tiles. My part of the project was made possible by the generous help of mosaic artists Omaira Silva, Debbie Ryan, Julie Norburn, Neslihan Zabci Erdal, Karen Francesca, Carrie Reichardt, Tamara Froud and Kim Wozniak.
